30 Days of Giving for 30 Years of Life
In less than thirty days I turn the big 3-0! My wife, as she usually does, started asking me what I wanted for my birthday 3 months in advance. She has to do this because it usually takes me that long to decide what golf club or gadget I want.
When Steph first brought up my birthday this year, as usual I lied and told her I didn’t want anything. This time she took me at my word. She came back to me with a challenge to do 30 days of birthday GIVING. Here was her plan:
- She asked me to write down people I would like to serve, organizations I would like to give to, and things I might be wiling to give up.
- Every day for 30 days leading up to May 25th I’ll be assigned a GIVING opportunity.
- All GIVING challenges have to be completed in that same day.
Follow along and see what fun stuff my wife has planned.
30 surprise GIVING challenges, 30 days of FUN!
In Everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘IT IS MORE BLESSED TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE.’ Acts 20:35
